Hi! My name is Sarah and I'm the proud parent of two incredible children, a 13-year-old son, and a 6-year-old daughter named Rubi. Rubi was diagnosed in November 2020 with Left-sided Hemiplegia Cerebral Palsy after an MRI scan confirmed an infarct in the right side of her brain.
It has been both a challenging and rewarding experience, filled with moments of strength, growth, and community and I started this website with the mission of creating a hub for families affected by CP.

Rubi's Story
Our journey with Cerebral Palsy began when Rubi was diagnosed with mild hemiplegia at the age of 2 and to say I was scared for Rubi and her future would be an understatement. But I found amazing support and inspiration through the Instagram community and I realised the power of connecting with others who share similar journeys.
My goal is to raise awareness of Cerebral Palsy Strength, dispel misconceptions, and foster a community that celebrates the strength and resilience that comes with navigating life with CP.
As a parent who has personally faced the ups and downs of this journey, I understand the importance of sharing stories, providing resources, and building a network of support. This space is dedicated to offering just that — a supportive community where families can find information, share experiences, and draw inspiration from one another.
Join me in making a difference by spreading awareness in schools, companies, and beyond. Together, we can create a more informed and compassionate world for our children and all those affected by Cerebral Palsy.
